DELIVERY

We deliver the goods in the following ways:

1. via Slovak Post (valid for Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Europe and the rest of the world);
2. through a courier company (applies to Slovakia);
3. through Zásielkovňa.sk (valid for Slovakia and the Czech Republic).

The amount of postage is derived from the place of delivery of the goods. Delivery charges are listed below

           Slovakia (SK)

• The fee for courier services within the SR is €4.4 - delivery by the DPD courier company takes 1 to 3 working days;
• The fee for courier services with cash on delivery within SR is €5.5 - delivery by courier companies takes 1 to 3 working days;
• The fee for the services of Packeta.sk within the SR is €3.5 - delivery of the goods to the selected delivery point takes 1 to 3 working days;
• The fee for the services of Packeta.sk with cash on delivery within the SR is €4.6 - delivery of the goods to the selected delivery point takes 1 to 3 working days;
• Free postage within SR for orders over €80 - delivery by Slovak Post takes 1 to 3 working days.

          Czech republic (CZ)

• The fee for courier services within the Czechia is 170 CZK - delivery by the Kurier 123 courier company takes 2 to 3 working days;
• The fee for the services of Zásielkovňa.sk to the Czech Republic ranges from 110 CZK (depending on the weight of the goods) - delivery of the goods to the selected delivery point takes 2 to 5 working days;
• Free postage to the Czech Republic for orders over 2,080 CZK - delivery by Slovak Post and Czech Post takes 3 to 5 working days.

          Europe and world

• Postage within Europe is €15 for a shipment up to 1 kg and €20 for a shipment from 1 to 3 kg - delivery by Slovak Post and foreign mail takes 3 to 9 working days;
• Postage to the USA is €18 for shipments up to 1 kg and €28 for a shipment from 1 to 3 kg - delivery by Slovak Post and international mail takes 5 to 9 business days;
• Postage to the USA is €126 for insured shipments up to 1 kg and €34 for insured shipments from 1 to 3 kg - delivery by Slovak Post and international mail takes 5 to 9 business days;
• Postage to Canada is €18 for shipments up to 1 kg and €28 for a shipment from 1 to 3 kg - delivery by Slovakian post and foreign post takes 4 to 9 business days.

Orders are processed in the shortest possible time, usually within 1-3 working days, but up to 7 working days. The buyer is informed about the dispatch of the order by e-mail within 24 hours of dispatch.

If the goods or the notification about their storage at the post office are not delivered even within 7 days of receiving our e-mail about dispatching the shipment, please contact your delivery post office and us at the e-mail address info@moe4kids.com.

If the goods or the notification about their storage at the selected delivery point of Zásielkovňa.sk are not delivered to you even within 7 days of receiving our e-mail about dispatching the shipment, please contact us at the e-mail address info@moe4kids.com. Also, please contact us if the goods are not delivered to you by the courier company even within 7 days of receiving our e-mail about dispatching the shipment.

The seller sends the goods well-packed and secured. The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt and, if possible, check its completeness and integrity. Do not accept a visibly damaged shipment (damaged package packaging, etc.)! Report any discrepancies or errors immediately. Later complaints about violation of the shipment or quantity of goods will not be accepted by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time in case of unforeseen circumstances. The buyer will be informed immediately about the extension of the delivery time.

2.  Cash on delivery

• through the Slovak Post for the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic;
• through Zásielkovňa.sk for the Czech Republic;
• through the courier company GLS General Logistics Systems Slovakia s.r.o. for SR.

3.  Payment via GoPay or Payout payment gateway

• By card online

To pay by card, you will be redirected to the secure and verified payment gateway of GoPay or Payout.

After choosing to pay online you will be asked to enter your card details: payment card number, card expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 (the three numbers on the back of your card).

After successfully completing the payment, you will immediately be shown a confirmation of the payment made.

• Bank transfer via GoPay or Payout payment gateway

For online payment using your internet banking, select the field with the logo of your bank that you have your account open with.

After completing the order you will be automatically redirected to your internet banking page where you will make the payment.

4.  Payment via PayPal account   

     To pay with your PayPal account, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure page.

     When paying via PayPal account, you need to create a new account or log in to your existing PayPal account.

     After successfully completing the payment, you will immediately see a confirmation of the payment made.
